> K790a Menu - Icon Pulse?

Hi everyone,
I need some help regarding the main menu icons (K790a). Whenever I used to be on the main menu, the icon selector would bounce or pulse when resting on a particular icon. For some reason, this week the selector stopped bouncing/pulsing. Now it just rests over the icon that is selected, without any movement.
Did I screw up my settings? I prefer to have the item selector animate.

have you tried turning your phone off and on, and setting a different theme? perhaps that helps.

You'll probably have to flash the phone again. There's no actual setting for animation.

I dunno how is it with K790 (I have K800), and it could be operator-specific firmwares could be another factor, but mine has always done that - pulse once and rest. I actually prefer it that way, the pulsating action was just too much for me

Not sure why it would suddenly just stop working after five months of heavy usuage.

I just noticed that my brand new K790i also has the same issue.
No animation on the menu items. It has the latest firmware.

What exactly is this menu icon animation? On my K790i when I move the cursor onto an icon it changes size and redraws itself, like the flash appearing on the camera, or the wrench becoming a wrench and screwdriver. Is it supposed to do more than that?

Yeah, the outer highlight is supposed to become smaller and then back to normal again and again like it did on the W800.

yes thats what is missing on my phone. it dosent shrink and grow big back again. it just stays big.
