My first bad experiance.....

I sold my digital camera....

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260057978504

They recieved it and contacted me saying bits were missing.... the handstrap and the batteries. So i replied saying i would send the handstrap on (i forgot to include it) and explained that obviously the original batteries could not be included as they would be flat!!! As the cam dont have a charger and just takes normal AA's but i offered to send a pack of AA's out of courtesy.

About a week or so pass's and i look at my feedback page and see they have given me a bloody negative saying bits were missing and no contact when they emailed me, which i obviously did!!!

What do i do ? I dont want a negative god damn it grrrr

what i'd do is send them a scathing negative back, so bad that they'll agree to mutually withdraw.

Hmmm, sucks!
Contact Ebay, with Item ref., explain problem, forward them your reply mail, and see what they say.......I'm not saying they'll definitely rescind the negative feedback, but they should at least contact the buyer.......
Don't forget you can also reply to the feedback, so that anyone else will see both sides to the issue.......
Hope this helps.....

my stepdad had a recent experience where we bought a game.
the game didnt work and after alot of hassling the guy finally agreed to take it back and if it didnt work on his machine then he would send another copy out.
however upon receiving the item the guy said it worked and after we tried to get a refund(which didnt work)he left us a negative.
my advice would be to watch the seller and soon email him and ask him..
if he replys chances are he might let something slip.
then email ebay with what he wrote

Simply: next to " Leave feedback" you see "Reply to feedback received".
