Is der ne software regarding the conversion of eAAC+ files

nd do dey give same,lower or better effect dan mp3,aac or wma

Use Media Coder. It is EXCELLENT for converting MP3 to AAC or AAC+. It makes the file size much smaller keeping the EXACT quality of the sound. It uses very high compression method so a 5MB mp3 can be smalled to 2MB without ANY loss of quality.
