Scroll down on the page you will see screen shots that should answer your question. If you read the the seller typed it says " You may use the "Pin Code" or on-line menu for switching different network. " Probably have to connect it to a pc via a usb sim card adapter. And im guesing you back up your sim card's data and send it to the clone.

is a damn good idea to be fair, not all networks sims can be copied though...
oh and i've never been given an answer as to wether or not its illegal...
but the "idea" is.. i steal your phone n sim.. i clone it.. your network bar your phone n sim.. yet i've still got a sim with your number on it that works
