I have a freeserve account but just cannot set up the email on my T68i, I have tried using the automated thing on www.sonyericsson.com/uk but when it tries to connect it says it can't connect to the server, I also have a yahoo, Lycos and O2 email address if anyone knows the settings for those.

any help would be much appreciated (I have GPRS, WAP & MMS set up fine)

There are already threads on this, with the answers in them, but Freeserve won't work because to use their SMTP services you have to "declare" your caller ID (i.e. show your phone number).

GPRS doesn't make a dial up connection so there is no phone number to declare.

Try using the SMTP services from you SP and you should be OK

It's simple, because of SMTP authentication from your ISP you can't send mail through their SMTP server, so just replace it with the IP address of the SMTP server of your network provider.
