> pc suite for p990i problem! HELP!

Hi!!! got p990 about 3 weeks ago and i tried installing the pc suite so i can make back -up and transfer files my problem is that the pc suite doesnt install. it usually shows this message" the software youare installing has not passed windows logo testing to verify its compatibility with windows. this software will not be installed pls contact your system administrator" can someone pls help me!!!!!!!! pls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
