hi

I have a W850i but noted the same problem on the K750 and V630i - namely the (in)ability of SE phones to utilize the bluetooth headset to manage calls by voice/autoanswer. (and the wired headset too)

my observations:

=wired headset
-voice dialing works
-voice answering doesn't work
-auto answer works but ringtone not transferred to headset
-in silent mode ringtone transferred, but autoanswer doesn't work! (?)
=bluetooth headset
-voice dialing works upon initial setup, then after a few days its stops
working
-voice answering doesn't work at all
-auto answer doesn't work at all
-ringtone not transferred to headset, only bleeps

-I tried a SE, Motorola and Plantronics BT headset, all the same - my Plantronics M2500 has no problems with my Nokia 6230 or a Motorazr

the weird bit is that it was exactly the same a year ago on a K750 , and it's the same on my wife's V630 so I don't think my W850 is a faulty unit. It is simply a firmware issue neglected by SE.

my one hope, before I return it for another Nokia again (I'd really prefer the W850 for it's other features and look) is to see how a SE HBH-DS970 would behave. If anyone with this set could try these functions and feedback here I would really appreciate it
