Don't worry there is a 14 day Return policy depending on which country your in, but i suggest you take it back where you bought from ASAP for an exchange or refund!

I got it from ebay. I dont know if they will replace it or not. I think it already expired. but i dont know.
there's a careplan available up to 3 yrs but I dont know if they'll replace.
The phone was never dropped or anything. NO physical damage.
the screen just went wrong...

Sorry i forgot to welcome you to esato...so Welcome here!

ebay, thats always a tricky one....if you bought it from a ebay shop then i don't see a problem why the seller won't replace or exchange your phone.

but its a private individual them i suggest contacting that person and see if can help?Otherwise i would look for your nearest service centre and take there for repair.

I've got it from the ebay store. I sent an e-mail to the seller. Waiting for the reply. I'm sure it will get replaced because it's under warranty. But I don't know.

Oh by the way thanks for the welcome)

I've had that happen with two of my k800i's, they should send it off for you in any shop for the network that the phone was originally on as the phone is not a year old yet.
I never got asked for any receipt when i did, i also bought my phone from ebay.

The phones were originally on O2,im not even an o2 customer

The phone shops do not have the K800i here in the US. You can buy it on the net. There is one Service center in the US. It is a subcontractor of se called selectron. But if you send it in, it takes a long time to get it back.
