Well all...

Last night my phone sold on ebay for a fixed price so i thought great as the guy messaged me straight away "Cant wait to recieve the phone"

10 Minutes later he messaged me again asking for a refund as he had insufficant funds in his account but he paid through paypal so thats not my problem?

He is comfirmed but i wrote in the sale that "If not confirmed i will refund straight away" But he is confirmed so i wont lose the money.

What shall i do?

He cant expect a refund since he committed to buy?

Any help would be greatly appricated

Mal

Any funds that aren't in his Paypal balance will come out of his next funding source - probably a credit card or his bank account. If he's running a bit close to his overdraft or credit limit it (as many are after xmas!) this could be the case.

Technically his is committed to buying - could it be worth emailing him to see if there are alternative ways for him to pay? I guess it's up to you, I'd be tempted to refund him as a goodwill gesture, but it's up to you
