Hi, im going to purchase a new laptop soon and have a budget of around £450. I've been looking around various sites, and have found a few that i like.
HERE is a laptop for only 400 and has some nice features, but to be honest i haven't a clue about processors and i know some of you will have
HERE is one from dell for £462.50 if you take the 90 day collect and return option and the MCE upgrade.
HERE is one from PC world and seems to be the best ? I dont know to be honest but the numbers are bigger!
And finally theres a few on the
COMET Website for around the price range but i cant get the pages loaded up on my pc
But i would appreciate if you could look

PS, i also see that you can get a iMac for 550 at pc world. Any thoughts on this?

you can do a lot worse than mr m's laptops.
had a spanking panasonic off him a while mback..
so gutted i had to sell it.
i loved it.
EDIT: macs quick? my 2.0ghz imac is much much faster than my old 3.6ghz windoze pc... theres not nearly as much running in the back ground as on pcs...
i really do swear by mac now... ive had mine for like 9 months and i wouldnt change it for the world.
