or is that a £2 coin for sale on ebay at £5???
im missing something here arent i? other than a £3 profit...

It'll be the condition that has put the premium on it's price, 'Brilliant Uncirulated' is a grade above even the shiney new coins you might get in your change, if you look closely at it you'll see tiny imperfections. 'Brilliant Uncirculated' means it'd be in better condition than those 'Uncirulated' coins.
Though having said that I certainly wouldn't buy it!

so bacially the royal mint made it and have gone uh oh.. its not right.. so throw it? and it ends up on ebay as per the rest of anyyimh in this world?

Still does seem a bit of a premium to pay though, but I believe that condition tends to be very very important with collectors.
