Hello
When I press the # button , the contact application opens insted of the phone
application
can someone help me to solve this

If you want help you should give more details to your problem and don't forget tp mention phone model so we can help you.If you keep pressing # on mine,for example, you put the phone on silent - M600i. Oh, and there's always the manual waiting for you to explain stuff

I have a P990
When I first used it all the shortcut functions were working.
Now , the shortcut function for the phone application the big button in the middle of the last row does not work also the # button opens the contact application.
I found this is strange
Can anyone help me
