I'm on the Orange network in the uk, and I use my own sim card in a T68mms which I bought (not stolen!!) off a mate (also on Orange).
Is it possible to get an mms sim update from orange, seeing as the registered phone on my account (a prehistoric motorola v2288e - eugh) is not mms compatible, but the handset i'm using is, and is orange branded? Or will they be arsey about me not using my own phone on my account?
Thanx

simply tell them you purchased the phone privately, from whom and how is none of their business, your a customer who wants to use the service...shouldnt be an issue but i'm not on Orange so cant say more than that.

U can get it activated by dialing 156 (long wait sometimes) - they can do it - they might get arsey because the sim profile for the 'old motorola' is different to that of a T68 - it may cause problems - u can only try
