Since I got my phone, the above has been happening. Why is this. I have no new sms/email
This problem has been posted on tsixtyeight.com but no solutions as yet. Another user has the same problem.
Can anyone here help?

Delete some SMS and you will see

Jim, you're a marvel! My sim card was full of sent messages - deleted one of these and the flashing has disappeared! Many thanks...will post this on the other website forum.

I have a similar problem... With about 10 SMS messages in the inbox, memory says about 20% full. On three seperate occasions I have turned the phone on and the new-sms icon is flashing. I go into the sms menu and ALL my inbox is gone! Very annoying. The last time it did it the memory after self deletion read as 0% for phone, 255% for SIM !!! Turned off and on again and now both read as 0%.
Anyone else this problem .. any ideas ??
