Q1. I dropped my W810 a few days ago. I've had it for the best part of 7 months but theres a dent down the side. I was wondering if that could be chaged in any way at all.

Q2. I also wanted to know whether the front and back sections can be changed for a new cover.

Get to your nearest service center, they may be able to fix it, they can also change the front and back cover. But i think you have to pay for it

if you have a accidental insurance cover policy on your handset then I think you can get it repaired free

if you don't then you may have to consult to eBay and finding the housing and then having a go at dismantelling it yourself

the latter part of which [missuk's suggestion], I do not suggest you do yourself unless you've experience at least ripping a PC apart. go contact vodaphone to help you with the replacement

unless the phone is completely broken and has developed a fault on it's own accord Vodafone will fix it under the 12 month warranty.

but due to accidental damage they wont touch it.

only if you have a insurance you can get it repaired.
or take the risk and try opening it yourself
