The W710 is superior to the W550 because expandable memory and much better camera, the W550 looks cool but is't really upp to the more modern Walkmans, the W710 on the other hand is really nice and so is the W810 that should be in similar price range.

1.Is the vid playback fullscreen?
2.Is the sound as loud as W550?
3.Are same headset supplied with it as the Walkman series?
