Hi,
Whay can I not see the animated wallpapers on my SE W950i?. I have enabled the animations on the stand by screen but no luck? Does it not support it.

No unfortunatly it doesn't.
The "animations" option you spoke of only enables/disables the Walkman visulizations as your background (Only noticable when playing music of course).

Its a shame that SE continue to downgrade features on the new phones that are pretty cool on the old ones :S w810 to w850 (better walkman player but no autofocus), w850 to w950 (symbian OS but no animated themes and menus or a animated wallpaper that even the old k700i was able to! That last i think is unacceptable for a 600eur phone!

SE politician now is: If you want all those features youŽll have to buy at least 3 of their phones. For exemple if you want the best walkman phone you need to buy a w950 to have the best player but you will miss the manual equalizer!!! (This is even worse than the animated wallpapers since this is a walkman phone!!!!!!) .Then if you dont like the megabass or the other predefinitions and you prefer manualy configure the equalizer and have a good batery life you have to buy a w850 or any other walkman phone. Then again you ill have to decide if you want one with a good camara like w900/w810 or a good walkman player of a w850. In my opinion if there will be a walkman winner it will be the w800 cause after all this time SE not been able to bring us a real upgrade to it!

If they put v2 on the older phones the w950 w850 will decrease for sure and they dont want that. Another thing that i dont understand is about w710... why they havent put walkman v2 on it?!?! Plus the fitness aplication is a very good feature for too many people including me and i will be very happy if they put it on future phones. they dont want that.
