Hi all
I've some how managed to update my firmware, through SEUS..
but i guess i forgot my phone lock code..
does any one know how can i get through this one..?

if its not 0000 then you must have changed it and so now your only course of action is to go to a service centre with proof the device is yours and they will reset the phone lock code for you

Yeah that's pretty much your only option.
I once phone locked my moms Siemens, it was painless to get it reset, took like 10Min.
