Are there any plans to support the encoding of flash clips, like the type you find on Youtube etc?

Or which encoder would people suggest using to convert little clips such as this here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WUZ6ICMAeUA

I've tryed Super but the quality isnt good at all on that particular video.

i use video down loader firefox add on then i use allock video to mp4
pretty good quality here is the clip you posted above after conversion
works great on my w850i
