you can delete your entire history on your operamini and can retain your password as well. FOLLOW THE STEPS:
when you need to delete the history, just EXIT from opera. again open your opera and just DELETE the entire history. dont open any page at this moment.(DONT START OPEN THE GPRS CONNECTION). EXIT from opera again. now again open operamini. now you can start gprs connection, its safe to browse the operamini.!!!!
