HI , i would like to thanks everyone for viewing this post . I hope that any expert or senior from here might help me with this .

I came accross a site , they provide some themes to download . But the thing is after i download the file , the theme i downloaded were not in .thm , but in .dm .

When i send to my phone , it can be installed but it couldn't be send to others , and it can't be edit either by using Sony EWricsson Theme Creator .

So i wish that someone could help me with this . What software can be use to edit ? I alreadt try to rename to . thm , but failed to open .

Send the file to your k800i via bluetooth. It should work on an unbranded k800i.

If you dont have bluetooth, then just contact the author of the theme for a .thm file.

So i just wanna know how can i edit .dm file insteed of .thm . Cause i can use Sony Ericsson Theme Creator to edit .thm file , but for .dm ? What type of software i need to use to edit or whats the way i should use to edit it ?

Anyone mind to tell me .dm is use by what type of sofeware to view and edit . Million thanks for your help .

You cannot edit it. Its protected.

The purpose of dm extention is to prevent common users to edit and tamper with the files.

Just send the file from PC to your phone. either via usb(not sure is usb works) or bluetooth (works on unbranded k800i).

If you create it and lock it, whats the point? Only u can use it.

If you want to lock it - SE's own DRM packager works well.
