Like the description of the video says, that's bluesnarfing, not bluejacking. Bluejacking is simply sending messages to phones by making a contact with the message as the name and then sending it through bluetooth. (See
this thread for more info.)
In short: 'bluesnarfing' means taking control or stealing information from other phones (more or less illegal but at least not nice) while 'bluejacking' means sending funny messages (mostly legal). Bluejacking shouldn't get this kind of bad publicity. :-/
