i am just wondering, is that possible, that a newbie can post only 3 times a day on easto?

Say the newbie has a problem and needs more then 3 posts?
Also, what is a newbie? Say they knew a lot of stuff form another forum and signed up on this one but was limited to only 3 posts a day, its kid of counter productive also how far can someone be described as a newbie?

thats another method that has been implemented to try to reduce spammers

In my experience I have found that most spammers just make one post, so I am wondering how effective this system is.
On SE-NSE we thought about limiting the number of links someone can include in a post until they have made a certain number of posts. Of course some spammers only include one link, but we have had more than a few who have included a large number of links.
