I know that there were probably many topics like this, but i am too lazy to search, so I hope many of you won't mind it.
Anyway, I can get p990i for the same price as w950i, which was my first choice, but now I am considering getting the first one.
Can anyone compare sound quality on p990i vs w950i? I know that w950i has Walkman 2.0, but there is probably some nice piece of sw for p990i, and my main dilemma is that if w950i has superior audio quality over p990i with same headset? Also, is it possible to import WalkMan 2.0 sw in p990i?
Is the keyboard on p990i very useful? Personally, from the pictures, i find it very small, and dunno if it is that usable. Also I tried w950i, and didn't like the quality of the keypad. Same, any issues on stability, common problems on both, etc? I would like to hear opinions of people that used both, for work and also multimedia, cause I am in big dilemma.
Anyway, anyone who can contribute, please fell free to do it, big thank you in advance!

I use my P990 for playing my MP3s, works perfectly, although the controls might be a bit hard to use with the phone in the pocket. With the media player open, the problem is mostly restricted to whether key lock is on or off... What make me want the P990 over the M600 (didn't know the W950 existed, but kinda the same reasons there) was the camera and the WiFi (and the bigger nerd factor

Only advantage of the W950 might be the 4GB built in flash (I see no major advantage of the Walkman player), but I've noticed it's much quicker to move files to my MemoryStick when it's not in the phone. Same thing might be valid for the W950, but there you don't have the choice of removing it... Also, 8GB MS Pro Duo will be available in February according to Sony themselves, so there the W950 will have a disadvantage...
And when it comes to the keyboard on P990, most people have changed their opinions after actually using it. I have yet to accidentally press multiple keys after about a months usage.
Although, I'm not really what you wanted, since I've never seen the W950 in real life... (Played around with an M600, though.)
