> re w810 and walkman artists

I use disc to phone to transfer my music to my phone but sometimes it makes mistakes and puts certain songs in the wrong places or names the artist wrong. I manually change it on my memory stick by putting it in the computer. However, the changes don't carry through to the walkman menu so i get the same errors i corrected before. Is there a way to get around this?

If faults are constantly happening, have you tried not using Disc2Phone. I use Windows explorer. Do this by selecting File Transfer instead of Phone Mode. Then go into My Computer and click on the icon for your Mem. Stick (or Phone, depends on where you want the file), go into the MP3 folder. Name the first folder with the artists name, the second with the album title and paste the file itself into the second folder.

Disc2Phone make mistakes very often. It tranfers 3 albums instead of 4 songs. :=I Try Total Commander or Windows Explorer

this actually takes up alot more memory than releying on the id3 tags to do their work.
