> SE Z520i Camera shutoff problem!

hoping someone can help...
My wife has a Z520i, the camera used to be OK, but suddenly now when you select camera function it comes on for about 500mSecs and then goes back to menu, so no more picture taking :o( , has anyone seen this before and is there a solution to it ?

Ohh and by the way I did try master reset and it didn't help !

try upgrading the firmware using the update service on the se site, otherwise it may be the flex cable has come loose or got damaged

I opened it and played around with the lens and flexi-cable and hey presto it just started working, thanks for that :o)
you don't find that in the troubleshooting guide !
