Can any one help, my phone will not turn on or accept any form of charge have tried a new battery but still wont work, there was life in the battery when it crashed.

Does it have flashing red LED when you turn it on? First try EROM upgrade from kulan kendi or wotan (try the client first before buying crrdit (wotan clint can't run on my computer). If that fails you have to go to service centre.
