Well ... i´ll make here a tutorial explaining how to use FAR with phones that are CID 49 !!
This can only be done thanks to "den_po" , a member form SE-NSE forums who make it possible now!! It was a "tiny new year gift" !

Programs and Files needed :
1º PhoneXS 2.10 Alpha 5 ( or new PhoneXS ++) so we can flash a part of a firmware into our phones!
2º Far Manager 1.70 + SEFP plugin
3º db2010cid49_3_2.rar.zip or newer version db2010cid49_3_3.rar.zip, which has the files created by den_po that will allow us to use FAR !

(db2010cid49_3_3.rar.zip , new version that comes with upadted SEFP plugin and supports all EROM´s )

*Extract the file (db2010cid49_3_3.rar.zip) to a folder ! Inside it you will see 2 folders and 2 files and in this ! The folder SEFP must be copied to the SEFP folder in the FarManager170PluginsSEFP ! If windows ask to overwrite files, choose YES. Also you must EXECUTE the file "sefp0.10.0.51patch.exe " to apply patch so all Erom versions can work with FAR properly!

Verifications needed :
1º Edit: All EROM´s now supported!
2º USB Flash Drivers must Be installed!
3º Edit: Brown phones now supported with their loaders!!

So let´s Start!

Open PhoneXS 2.10 Alpha 5, select your Cable and Press Start! With your phone shut down , connect it to your PC holding de C button! Wait for PhoneXS to recognise it!





Now you must remember where you´ve extracted the file from den_po!!
Select Flash Main Firmware in the PhoneXs and point it to the folder you extracted the files! Select then the file that corresponds to your phone , in my case (K750i) k750w800_r2e_dcu.49r.ssw !
Then Press Flash !



The flash will start and should take less than a minute!
It will then appear Finishing Flash , after 30 seconds you can Press Stop (this from what a i read is kind of a bug from phoneXs ,it finalizes the flash but keeps on the finishing flash line) , press YES to confirm and then Close to shut down PhoneXS !



Now unplug your phone, remove battery and after 30 seconds put it again!

PS.: After you have flashed wit the ssw file YOU MUST NOT TURN ON THE PHONE! IT won´t WORK!! You can only turn it on again after flashing back the normal firmware which is explained in the end of this tuto!

Let´s Open now Far Manager!
Press ALT+F1 and Select SEFP !



Select the cable , maximum Speed and the script which represents your phone and press Enter The Matrix ! After That you will have FS and FLASH , just press FS and you should be able to access it just like you can on CID 36 phones !



After editing all the Stuff you want you must shutdown the CSFSLoader , just keep pressing .. until is asks you if you want to quit and press Yes !
Close FAR and unplug phone!!

Open FAR again and make same procedure to connect your phone !
Now Click On FLASH .



And will be like this:



On the right side of FAR navigate to that folder you´ve previously extracted ! Enter in the REST folder and you shall see this:



Those are Firmware files that you must flash so you can you make your phone work again!!
You must flash the one which represents your current Firmware ( in my case R1DB001 ) ! You will only flash one file !
After selected the file you´ll flash Press F5 to copy it to the phone!



Press Copy again to Confirm !
Now this will appear :



Just let it in the way it appears , only make sure FLASH BABE ssw image is selected and then press FLASH !
A Warning Pop up will appear :



Just press YES to Confirm and a few seconds later you will see this :



Presse Close , quit Far , unplug phone , unplug battery and after 20 seconds put it again !
Now Turn on Phone and Voila , you have now a modded CID 49 phone !!

Just to remind that it was only tested with K750i sucessfully by now!!
By doing this tuto i sucessfully changed stuff by the third time on my K750i!

Ps.: You Must do this PROCESS every single Time you want to change Stuff on your Cell!

Can i just say, the 'bug' with phone-xs is not actaully a 'bug'

Its more like a warning that the flash you are using is not valid...and so it cannot 'finish'

Still, Phone-XS will flash the breakin!

Prepare for new version

Yeah.. i didn´t know exactly what was it ! I just read it somewhere that this happens! Otherwise i was gonna left there in that line for a long time instead of stoping it hehehe!

not with the K790/K800. They are db2020 phones. The plugin only works with db2010 phones

Is the platform (board) the phone runs on...

New phones (K800 etc etc) Are DB2020
K750/W800 are DB2010 as are W810 and others...
There is also DB2012 and DB2000

Plus, lots more to come

Thanks A LOT! This is great. I had seen the topic at se-nse, but I didn't know exactly what to do.
By the way, how long does it take for you to open the FS folder?
Because every time I try to open it FAR Manager takes a really long time (read: it won't open).
Also, do you have to flash your firmware every time before and after you edit something?
