I'm not really who you were looking for, but although I'm in college now and am next week taking my AS exams, I did do my GCSEs last year and mocks just before that. Personally, I would advide that you don't worry too much about them because they aren't the real thing, but also that they are designed to be harder to challenge your knowledge and help you as much as possible, there is reasoning behind it. So say for example you get a C in your history mock exam, you'll almost very likely keeping up what your doing get a B in the actual exam, though of course don't hold me to this, but generally that's the way it might go, but of course it does differ with different people. For example I did quite poorly in my GCSE mocks, but found my actual GCSE exams easier and I got high grades. But don't be too confident, as revision is highly important, despite what some twits might say lol.
I'm naturally quite awlful at maths lol, I did pass the actual exam but maybe it's just me that finds it hard lol. History, without the knowledge of the dates, events and little details within you'll struggle, though with a moderate amount of this and also good English skills it won't be too hard. Science I found was a breeze, I'm nothing special when it comes to science but I found the exams very easy. Geography is a tricky one, you think your doing well when it kicks you from behind, was seems easy is actually quite hard. English, with a fair bit of knowledge with the books and poems your studying and the ability to sophisticatedly waffle, your pass I guarantee lol. If they give you some thing different in the mocks like they did me, just go for it, make it clever waffle. Languages, well ouch, if your good you'll pass, if your bad don't be looking at a career involving language lol.

yeh, its pretty bad, basically I have 24 hours to write a essay on something, were given the question at 9am monday, and we give it in at 9am tuesday.... it sounds easy but if you haven't written a proper uni style essay you will have no idea how much research is needed lol
