It cant exist the J2ME version but you can unbrand the w850 for free now.

I had a look around last night and it turns out that "TrackID" is based on Gracenote's Mobile MusicID (SE's page said something about Gracenote). That service seems to be meant for companies (operators mostly) to license and then sell it on to their customers as their own service. A free J2ME app is probably out of question, that is...
