I did a Master Reset (all) of my k700i (unlocked and debranded) as I am giving it to my friend.
When I go to File Manager | Pictures, I see a static globe and then nothing happens for a minute or so. The phone's screen then flashes and it goes back to the main screen. I am not able to do anything with pictures at all. I even tried taking a picture with the camera so at least one new pic was in the folder but I keep getting the same problem.

have you tried a second master reset? if your warranty isn't over yet you can take it to a service center

Thanks. I have done three master resets now still the same. It is an old phone so no warranty. Just wanted to give to my friend nice and clean.
Wonder of there is something else I can do?
