Hey guys,
Ordered a contract phone off the vodafone website on Saturday but still haven't recieved anything as of yet. I had a confirmation email about the delivery notification hence me not ringing up there helpline services as of yet. Just wondering if anyone knows how long it usually takes.
Thanks in advance!

Regardless of that Email notification I would be straight on the phone to them. They do next day delivery on all orders.

Does the delivery notification give you a Tracking Number for the delivery?
If so you can track it online.

I think ordering on a Saturday was a mistake and so was doing it on the net.
I order my phones by calling 191 when it's time to upgrade and I try to call on a Monday. Faster that way.

For me, I get better offers on the phone. I've been with Vodafone for
years, originally on PAYG now on pay monthly. That's about 6-7 years. They were going to charge me £50 in store for my W810i so I walked out and called them outside the shop and I was going on about being a loyal customer etc. and eventually, (roughly 15 mins later) I got myself a W810i for free. Not bad.
