Hi, my friend is getting an upgrade and I may purchase it from him. I am on O2. Does it come locked or with any software branding? Also, how about branding on the phone?
Is the software different to the standard sim free software?

Voda units are not visually branded nor network locked. THey do, however have a slightly modified FW meaning you get the Voda splash screens and network settings unique to the network.
A very conservative version from any network provider out there.
