> p990 software update crash

I just got a p990i se and got silly enough to go for a software update..
I started the process and it detected the phone as a world model and started to download the update.. when finished it started to writting it on the flash but then it happend.. it got to 45% and lights went off.. now the phone doesn't work anymore (it doesn't start) and also when I go for the software update again it says that my phone has the latest version and quits.. what should I do?

I had the same issue 2 days ago.I had to take it back to So ny to reload the software again.This looks like a common problem that if the software doent fully download or install the phone is stuffed.Is the anyone out there that managed to resolve this issue without taking the phone back to Sony
