i just read from vmaxxum.com/sonyericsson/intro/ that a t68m can only hold up to 40 sms(excluding sms on sim) on the phone memory while on a t68i it can hold up to 70 sms! Why is that? I hav a t68m upgraded to t68i(ver. R2EOO6)and its true. It has a small memory to hold sms. So does this mean that the upgrade/s of t68m's cannot hold a larger sms memory like the t68i's?

i HAVE TH SAME SETUP AS U, I`LL CHECK....I`M SURE ONCE YOU`VE UPGRADED THOUGH THAT TH PHONE IS EVERY BIT AN i MODEL,WORTS AN ALL. THE GAMES (TETRIS AND GAME) ON T68M USED INCREDIBLE AMOUNTS OF TH MEMORY WHICH IS WHY U LOOSE THEM ON TH i.

ok.tnx. it rilly sucks to know that we,ve upgraded our software to a t68i and yet we have a limited capacity to hold our sms msgs while the t68i's enjoy a larger memory. Then frankly, we are not upgraded in summary.

Hi
I have just upgraded my T68m and according to the /// Phone Book and Text Message Manager I have the ability to store 70 messages. Not tried to see if it is true though.
HTH
PS I have R5D007

The upgrade from T68m to T68i will free up the memory so anyone who upgrades from a T68m to T68i will have the extra memory to store 70 SMS's.
