I first posted this in the "Technical" forum but I gather that may have been the wrong place...:

I've set up the PC Suite to sync my w810i with Outlook. However, only some of my appointments are actually synced. There doesn't seem to be a pattern to which appointments are synced and which are not.

Also, some phone numbers that do not exist in Outlook have appeared on my phone without a name. I've dialled these numbers before on my previous phone (Qtek S100, synced via ActiveSync which has be uninstalled).

Any clues? Much appreciated!
