I think this is a Treo phone. Maybe you can get lucky on this site.

the earlier treo devices were made by HANDSPRING, not mindspring.
later devices (think it's the treo 600 onwards) are made by pa1mone.
as for where to get a new house for the device, sorry boba --- i can't find them anywhere :S have done a quick search on ebay aswell for 'treo 180' and it only came up with charger/stylus/case maybe screen protector combo of only 3 pages long. Meaning that there probably isn't any housing widely available for these machines - you could always contact pa1mone to see what their cost to fit a new case is?
www.palm.com - click on your country (not sure where you are at the moment) and then go through the website...not sure where it is... I believe their european service centre, for the whole of europe is situated in Ukraine (i think!) in one of the big cities. Can't remember exactly where though - when I sent my palm m150 off to them for a screen replacement a couple of months back (just before warranty was up) I shipped it off to a depo in the UK and then it got shipped out to the service centre.
hope this helps, although I have my doubts - at a guess it'll be about umm...£60-£100 to fit a new case...whatever the equivilant that is in euros or whatever anyway...

Probably cheaper to buy a whole new item rather than the housing
