> Indian Call Centres - Good or Bad?

Have heard a lot of complaints and people going on about having difficulties with Indian Call Centre staff,since at least a couple of Networks use them now along with many other companies i just want to know what people here think?

I generally find it to be a complete waste nuisance.
That was a big factor in me changing from 3 network to o2
Everytime you phoen 3 you get put through to an Indian Call centre and when the call should only take a couple of min to get the problem fixed, it then takes double that time because of the language barrier's

The thing is, its not so much me not being unable to understand them, they just cant understand me.
Doesnt help the fact that I'm scottish and no one can understand me

God, I get that all the time at home. Telling me i had been chose at random to win a top of the range handset.
All they need is my bank details...hmm let me think...Nah al pass thank you

I've recently had trouble with my net connection & i've had to call my provider a few times each time the call was taken by an indian callcentre I have no complaints what so ever they were very professional & polite & undertood everything! And I'm welsh!
