If it works as promised (and shown) Apple's iPhone will beat the crap out of the P990i. I really hope it does, seeing that I miss a lot of features on my P990 that it's suppose to handle, but does not in reality.
Video playback doesn't work for example. A tad sluggish, although latest FW remedied things somewhat. Bad web browsing.
What do you think?

next to it, the iphone is an interesting one, but i doubt, that the brand will have a big marketshare. of course, many will go for it, but but i would rather have it in my hand and test it on my own and judge after it...

you cant put third party software on it for a start, it looks frankly horrible, i dont like the interface, it relies WAY too much on fingers - my fingers just dont work with touchscreens
i wonder how your supposed to calibrate it?
heh...it should be interesting to see what the publics reaction to it when it comes out is - its just going to be another ipod-esque fad

Don't understand the comment about video playback. What do you mean by saying 'doesn't work'?
Web browsing is rather fantastic for me. I use wifi (not even 3g) and am very satisfied, fast with download support + landscape & brilliant screen.
Somebody may announce the best smart phone ever and I welcome it very much but no more waiting for me, not even a day. P990 is all I need at the moment.
