I have just got a brand new w850i. It is my first slider phone. I find that when I have the slide open and I am texting, especially when pressing the D pad, the slide feels loose. Is this normal or should it be firm?

Hi there, no it shouldnt feel lose, take it back to the store you got it from if its new and get a replacement.

It`s well known that the W850 is the first slider, so the buildquality isn`t that good as you might expect. But if I were you, I should take it back to the shop!

All models slider is a bit loose, its ok that way imo, in case it falls or u drop it, it wont brake so easy
