we all know that is a big problem because the leds harm your eyes(temporarily=)
i think it is possible to turn the leds off when not pressing the button. because we can set the volume..
or maybe it may light we low...
any ideas? huh?

My w800 does that but only when taking 1 picture. So if I turn on the camera (by sliding down the lens cover) and turn the light on. Then close the lens cover, and open it again there is no flash, and when you take the picture the flash fires although the "light" option is turned off. I don't know it's something like bug or etc... or it is just my phone

.

That's a pretty cool glitch: My W8oo doesn't do that.

i think with the leds at "ALWAYS ON" function has its own purpose...
i guess this is done to help reduce red eye, on still images.
having flashed by the led before taking pix will let your pupils dilate therefore reducing red eye effect on photos...
eerrr... just my presumptions...
