Cause when i choose remove/unload hardware icon in systray then it just pops up again and the phone get connected with phone status again.

How do i do a proper disconnecting with this phone? Cause i dont want it to be connected to my pc while i pop it from the cable wich it allways is thxs to the ooh you unloaded it.. and WOW its still on the cable let us say hello the phone again and stay connected and pop the menu again in the phone(all this in just a split sec or two).

In phone mode, you should be able to disconnect (just pull the cable, that is) at any time, except when the USB icon on the phone has arrows on it (only the new firmware) and/or the mRouter icon on the PC isn't blue (it's blue when connected and idle, flashes a bit when sending and is orange when not connected, at least for me using the latest PC suite version).
In file transfer mode, you should do a disconnect in Windows first, or change to phone mode on the phone. (While connected, which you only can do in the new firmware for P990, don't know about M600. Anyway, it won't let you change when it's active. The old firmware won't let you change at all when connected, though.)

in phone mode disconnect the phone by the m-router (right click of mouse and choose disconnect and the m-router become red instead of blue)
in file transfere(mass storage) just like any other mass storage(like flash disk)..if you have any problems just do a reset by removing the battery and replace it with holding the C botton until your pc recognize and setup all drivers again.

cheers

I've had no problems when just pulling the cable in phone mode (without disconnecting with mRouter)... I even do it during file transfers when they stop (which sometimes happens if you do too much at the same time, although the phone doesn't indicate USB transfers anymore then). Latest firmware and PC Suite.

well it works. But is not good for the health of the phone in the long end.
