Hi, I recently tried updating my k750i with the sony ericsson update service and even though it says "100%", it still says "updating software, please don't touch the phone".

Now I'm scared to touch my phone in case I ruin it. Any suggestions?

I've had that twice before and eventually you get to a point where you have no choice but to unplug.

In the case of the K800 all was fine, but on my M600 when I tried to turn it on it just gave a white screen and nothing more but I was immediately able to redo the update successfully

Had the same problem with a Z520 from a costumer in my shop a while back. After 2 hours it still said updating then we just unplugged it and it had the latest softwar
