Everytime I finished making a phone call on P990i, it generates a "yes" and "no" question to ask if I need to save the number to the phone book.

Another annoying feature is that when I press the dial button to dial a previously dial number, it prompt another "yes no" question that my network is not 3G, should I connect and dial that number.

Thanks masseur for the tip. I was about to ask how to do this on a K750, but I played around on my phone and found out how to do it. So in case anybody wants to know, just go to contacts -> options -> advanced -> ask to save -> no.

Which phone are you using? If you have W800 / Z520 / K750 there's some patches that you can apply with FAR and DCU-60 Cable...

@kahmeelo if you use many SIM cards wich are the same, after the start up wizard, you can select if you want it to appear next time you turn it on or not.

as far as I am aware, every time you change the sim card, even putting in another from the same company, you will always get the wizard and there is no way around that

the option to not prompt for it next time only applies for the same sim card and when you don't want to complete the wizard on this start

btw, this is a symbian forum thread you have taken over with this question...

Doesn't matter you have to go through this in all sony ericsson phones

To turn off auto save = Control panel -> call settings -> add to contacts
And the startup wizard
