I have just got my W850i from o2 and can see that in the phone's manual there is a menu option labelled "Online Store" when I goto My Music in the Walkman. For some reason my phone doesn't have this option, in its place is a Sony Ericsson option.

Does anyone know what the URL is for the Online Store? Also, I have no PlayNow icon on my main menu. Is this related?

you have said you have an o2 phone so it is branded and o2 have decided to replace the shortcuts with theirs own stuff

on my k750i, it has a virgin bites icon and play now but on my old k700i it has jukebox and t-zones as it was a tmobile phone

all branded phones are different to non-branded. My W810 is Vodafone branded and the menu is as follows:

1. Entertainment 2. Vodafone Live! 3. Walkman

4. Camera 5. Messaging 6. My Files

7. Organiser & Tools 8. Contacts 9. Vodafone

10. Radio 11. Calls 12. Settings

Doesn't even have a PlayNow icon in the menu!
