hi all,
is my 1st post here,
i'm the lucky 1 who screwed up my 10days old w950i after installing the chinese fonts, now my w950i is keep looping on the start up screen without getting into the symtem

is there any other way to solve this? personally i hate to sent my phone in just simply because i had a very bad experiance sending my phone back...
last time i send my new order but faulty phone back they replace with another old/used/scracthed phone... not the original 1 i sent in cause i remember the IMEI number, try to talk to them on the phone but everytime i call different guy/lady pick up the phone and most often they do nothing.
worst kicks in when i tried to speak with their ''manager'', these ignorant pig is not even ''customer friendly'', their will blaim you for causing them trouble... '' is not our responsibility''... ''is against our company policy''... ''you are the 1 responsible for the fault''.... etc etc...WTF? and they are very rude on the phone...
one thing clear is... they blaim you for causing the trouble to cover their arse... i end up learn to live with my new order ''old'' phone...
sorry for my paranoid rant above, i just don't wish the same experiance to repeat itself again...
also... since w950i itself as a smart phone, we can't afford to send them in everytime there is a fault rite/
sincerely hope that there is some way to overcome this..
