i have problem wif my w850.. since firmware R1ED001.. the problem is camera menu.. if i go to camera, and it becomes hang.. i must take off the battery and put it again, then the function will go normally, although this condition not always happens.. T_T
after i update to the newest firmware R1GB001.. its still same.. how should i do ?? the problem is software or hardware??

well, in my opinion you should take it to the service center. it seems like a bug, but you said that you upgraded it and the problem still there. maybe your phone is faulty. take it to the service center and let it be fixed by experts!
