Anyone had any trouble with emails just disappearing??
Some of my emails were suddenly gone, and later all of them..

have you downloaded them elsewhere into outlook or outlook express or some other pc based email program? if so then they would have been cleared from the pop3 server and so the next time you send/receive on your phone it will clear them from your phone

no worries, its a common mistake.
whereas pocket devices generally leave a copy of the email on the ISP server assuming it will be downloaded later to a pc, outlook and OE etc always delete the data off the server once downloaded to the pc.
you can also delete from the server on the P990 but deleting the email on the P990 and then performing another send/receive operation

I think it even mentions this in the P990's help menu in messaging, think you can choose to keep just the headers cant you.

But sometimes I do face other kind of problems. Had those in P900, P910 & now in P990. I sometimes download my e-mails & suddenly if a specific email exists, the inbox closes & shows an error. The only way to resolve this problem is to download the emails on outlook & then perform a get&send to clear the list on P990.
