is this possible ^^^^^ ??

basically i have an old laptop here that died.... i always wanted a second monitor for home use (about 12inches) to run applications on such as music players, msn... IE... etc... so whats teh chances on being able to use teh screen from a laptop? ive always fancied doing this and making a huge screen using a few smaller ones...

The leptop im using will not power up, im fairly certain it aint to do with the screen, but instead with teh power supply or soemthing else - none the less its a sh!tter so i dont want it... just want te screen...

any ideas about how i may go about this? anyone here tried anything simular?

Do you mean using a normal monitor as the laptops monitor, or using the laptops screen as a monitor?

using a laptop screen as a monitor... ie striping it down, making a nice case for it and using it as a stand alone monitor?

otherwise im only gonna throw it away

i know a man that can help... he maybe gay but he's ok... i'll pm you his msn. Ignore the spellin mistake in his email he's not only gay but stupid and couldn't spell his own name...
