Hi I just bought the mp3, everything works and is great, except for the part that the ear phone jack plug just seems too loose and and affecting the sound quality.
If i plug it too light, it drop off too easily, if I plug it in too tight the sound becomes distorted.. argh....
help

The jack plug really does need a bit of welly. Push it in hard. Once all the way in it should work properly. Some people have had their players months before realising this as it works without doing this but with poor quality.

i read the threads before but couldn't really catch the 'push it in hard' part.... anyway i really tried this time and 'pop' the thing secured in !! sorry for the stupidity !!
